Currently over 40 human resource metrics are available. And we are continually adding new metrics! The current metrics are:

What benchmark reports are available?
With Star membership, benchmark data is available for each metric you create. Reports are available based on your industry or company size, which ever you select.

Industries breakdowns include: Construction; natural resources and energy; Education; Entertainment; Media and Broadcasting; Finance, insurance and real estate; Healthcare; Leisure, hospitality, and food service; Manufacturing; Professional and business services; Other services; Retail and wholesale trade; Technology; Transportation and warehousing.

Company size breakdowns include staff ranges of: 1-100; 101-1,000; 1,001-10,000; 10,001 or more.

Where do the benchmarking results come from?
The primary source of data for BenchmarkPro is from members. When members build an HR metric their calculated metrics are aggregagated with other organizations to create benchmarks. Metrics from individual organizations are never revealed. At times the HR Metrics Center supplements member data with other studies to help ensure valid benchmarking results. Is my individual company data ever revealed?
No, specific company information is never revealed. Data you submit to build metrics and for benchmarking is always confidential and we never sell your information to other organizations. Your companies individual metric results are only revealed to you. Your individual metrics results are aggregated with other organizations for purposes of creating industry averages or medians for benchmarking. Member company names may be listed on the site as a HR Metrics Center participant. For more information regarding how we protect your privacy, please review our privacy pledge and privacy policy.

What are the differences in membership levels?
The HR Metrics Center has two membership levels: Basic and Star. Basic Membership is free and provides immediate access to the MetricsPro, our metric building tool. Our premium Star Membership provides access to the full range of of on-line tools. In addition to the ability to build metrics, Star Membership provides access to the ScorecardPro and our BenchmarkPro with benchmarking reports.
